Coaching Areas [Choose one per session]

Financial Acumen

Master the language of business finance.
Gain a CEO-level understanding of financial principles to make confident, informed decisions. This coaching session is ideal for CEOs or C-suite managers who want to strengthen their budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills. Learn to interpret financial statements, manage cash flow, and use numbers to drive smarter decisions. Set up the financial processes, practices and systems you need to access outside capital.

Fundraising

Build a compelling case—and the right documents—to raise capital.
This coaching helps you design and execute a fundraising plan that resonates with investors or lenders. Whether you’re new to fundraising or ready to take your business to the next level, you’ll learn how to identify funding sources, craft persuasive pitches, and build your investor confidence.

Go-To-Market Strategy

Turn your idea into market success.
A business’ go-to-market (GTM) model is how the product or service is delivered to the customer. Your go-to-market model is what differentiates you from the competition, and all your processes, procedures and costs will align to your model. Once you know your GTM, you can estimate the cost of doing business via your business model and the revenue you expect to generate thanks to your winning business model.
