What This Grant Package Offers for Qualifying* Businesses:

1. Grants from $5,000 to $25,000 for operating expenses, purchases, or equity contribution toward a loan.
2. Financial and accounting support services to help you better manage your business. Think of this as a 30-day cleanse for your business finances! Finance coaches will help you improve your financial practices, automate financial transactions, and get better data for faster, improved decision-making.

EEIP Qualifications
Oregon residents who own an operational business* and meet at least two or more of the Economic Equity Investment Program (EEIP) criteria are encouraged to apply:
You’ve experienced discrimination due to race or ethnicity
You’ve experienced discrimination due to your citizenship status
You speak a language other than English at home
Your household income is less than 121% of the area median income**
Your residence or business operation is in a rural area
*Partial ownership is okay. Business must be operational with 30+ days of sales.

- Early childhood education centers and other programs and services for childhood education
- Healthcare and wellness services and facilities
- Affordable housing services and businesses
