About the role: 

As Nectar’s SEO Specialist, you will be coordinating with the Data Team and Marketing Team to conduct market and competitor research, analyze and compile market trends, develop keyword queries, and provide actionable insights to our team to drive our audience reach and content engagement. You will work closely with the Marketing team. Specifically, you would be responsible for: 

  • Owning, building and managing the SEO roadmap - leading content development and web optimization projects for the company. 
  • Evaluating SEO performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis in order to make recommendations and alterations in a timely manner. 
  • Performing keyword research and monitoring keyword performance. Managing local SEO programs individually and at scale. 
  • Collaborating with content strategists to incorporate keywords and searcher intent into writing. 
  • Performing technical SEO audits to uncover issues and inhibitors to website performance. 
  • Analyzing data at an advanced level to identify the root cause of issues. Identifying backlink opportunities and performing necessary outreach. Actively staying current with industry research in order to help facilitate early adoption of new technologies and advertising channels.


Compensation and Benefits:
