Cannabis Emergency Relief Fund (CERF) grants

NOTE: CERF Grant application open January 16-February 14, 2023

CERF Grants are only available to active 2022 City of Portland marijuana licensed businesses or qualifying ancillary businesses in Portland, Oregon.  To receive a grant, the business must have experienced a qualifying event in 2022 or 2023, including robbery, vandalism, and Covid-19 related events.

CERF grants specifically intend to address equity by prioritizing funds for historically excluded and undercapitalized communities, including minority-owned and women-owned businesses and individuals.

First date to apply for CERF grants is January 16, 2023.  Grants will be awarded in the order received. The webinar will help you prepare to apply. Applications close February 14, 2023.
